Fees & Required Documents
Please confirm these figures before this goes live — carried over from the park's prior site

Submit $100–$110 total with your signed application (cash, cashier's check, money order, or check):

  1. Application fee: $50 (single adult) or $65 (two adults)
  2. Reservation deposit: $50 partial security deposit (applied toward your $150 total security deposit)

Please provide copies of the following with your signed application — email these directly to the park rather than attaching them here:

  1. Driver's license
  2. Social Security card or passport
  3. Proof of income (pay stub, deposit slip, etc.)
  4. Proof of current auto insurance

Applications aren't processed until the fee and partial deposit are received. If declined, the $50 partial deposit is refunded (claim within 15 days of notification). If approved, you have 48 hours to sign the service agreement and make the first payment, or the deposit is forfeited.
